We believe in offering our clients products that bring value to every purchase.  We conduct our business the old fashioned way, when what you say is about doing it, and nothing less.  We operate with a sense of urgency - getting the job done.  We don't believe in automated telephone systems, our phones are always answered live, by knowledgeable product specialist (Yes, we dislike being on hold forever and don't wish that on our clients).

We are open M-F from 7 am PST to 5 pm PST, closed on weekends and major holidays. 

Our Headquarters/Warehouse is located in Valencia, California. We use UPS or FedEx to ship the majority of our packages, but also use the USPS for some products. Stocked items are usually shipped the same business day, our 2nd and final UPS pickup is at 4:30 pm PST - for stock kept at our Valencia warehouse, orders in by 4:00 pm PST usually ship out the same business day. For products stocked at other warehouses, located throughout the United States, typically ship within 1-3 business days. If an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you via email and telephone.
