Our mission and goal is to honor life by helping others learn strategies and skills to protect and preserve it. At Defensive Arts Center, we teach practical skills for the real world: offering life saving courses in CPR/AED/First Aid and trauma, working with business to ensure proper employee training in prevention, elimination, and control of workplace violence – and modern, individualized self-defense classes.
